Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 6 months of experience required
  • Knowledge of finding the best candidates using job boards, job portals, social media, and other creative methods
  • Ability to establish cooperative and collaborative relationships built on trust
  • Effective and professional communication skills- in writing and speaking.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting process and the ability to recommend improvements
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Good people skills and interpersonal skills would be an advantage
  • Willingness to learn and grow with us

Roles & responsibilities-

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Communicating with hiring managers for future job openings and technical requirements for the job
  • Writing and posting job descriptions for relevant platforms
  • Screening applicants according to the job requirements
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
  • Presenting the resumes of the suitable candidates to the hiring manager
  • Offering job positions and completing the paperwork
  • Keeping track of all applicants and keeping them informed during the whole process
  • Negotiating offers as required/necessary/accordingly
